Hello, my name is Timothy Henry, and I'm the Chief Enabling Officer of Conscious Capitalism. Happy birthday, America, 250 years of freedom. And with Conscious Capitalism, as we look forward, we want to talk about how we maintain that freedom and ensure America continues to flourish. For freedom is the opportunity to flourish, not just the absence of constraint.

America's founders secured political freedom, and every generation since has been challenged to expand what that freedom makes possible. And today, freedom means creating the conditions where more Americans can participate and contribute to the economic system that we benefit from so greatly. We have to ensure people can contribute, innovate, build businesses, raise families, and pursue lives of meaning.

For business is one of the greatest engines of freedom ever created. When business is practiced consciously, it expands freedom. It creates opportunity, lifts people out of poverty, encourages innovation, and gives individuals dignity through meaningful work. The purpose of capitalism is not simply to create wealth, but it also to create the conditions in which human beings and organizations can flourish.

That's why Conscious Capitalism matters. It recognizes that economic freedom and human dignity reinforce one another. And as we celebrate 250 years of American freedom, perhaps the next frontier isn't simply protecting the freedoms we've inherited, but expanding those freedoms for every person to flourish.

That's the promise of Conscious Capitalism, and that's the challenge of business leaders today. And it's a future worth building. Thank you, America, and thank you for your time and attention.
