Who can participate
Participation is intended for business professionals in the United States using a valid company email address. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.
Your submission and the rights you grant
You retain ownership of the message you record. By submitting it, you grant C-SUITE NETWORK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your recording, name, title, company, and likeness in connection with Voices of 250 and its promotion, including making it publicly viewable and shareable. You represent that your submission is your own and does not infringe anyone's rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content, not to impersonate others, and not to misuse, probe, or disrupt the site.
Third-party services
Recording and playback are provided by Emovid, and sponsor offers are fulfilled by the respective sponsors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Removal
We may remove any submission or restrict access at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and Voices of 250 are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, C-SUITE NETWORK and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in Voices of 250.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
