America, I'm Lady Jen Duplassis, Dane Commander and founder of Kinetic Star Consulting. It is such an honor to participate in the Voices 250.

When I think about freedom, I think about the freedom to live my faith, the freedom to protect and provide for my family, and create financial opportunities that can change the trajectory of generations to come. America began its bold experiment, and that idea that people could govern themselves, pursue possibility, and continue becoming something greater than themselves.

Benjamin Franklin famously described what the founders had created as a republic, if you can keep it. And isn't that what freedom is all about and requires? Not perfection, but participation. And as entrepreneurs, we understand all too well that spirit. We begin with an idea, an experiment, we stumble, we learn, we draw from wisdom, mentorship, courage, and resources around us, and then we try again.

Because when people are free to believe, free to build, free to create a better future for their families, determination becomes powerful and possibilities become unstoppable. Freedom is not simply something we possess, it's something we practice, protect, and pass forward. And the next 250 years begin with us.
