Hello, I'm Bill Humbert. I am the founder of RecruiterGuide.com, the leading organic search result for talent attraction consultant. I'm a professional member of the National Speakers Association and a member of the C-Suite Network. I'm honored to add my voice to the voices of freedom.

I was born just nine blocks from the White House in Washington, D.C. and grew up in the Maryland suburbs. When I was 11 years old, I chose not to attend public high school. My parents told me they could not afford to pay for all seven children to attend private high school. I applied to DeMatha Catholic High School and used my profits from the Washington Post paper route to pay my tuition. I had the freedom of choice for schools.

As Americans, we often take our freedoms for granted, unfortunately. We have the freedom to choose where we work, to select new opportunities, to build the lives we want, and to vote for our political leadership. I did today. We have the freedom to express our opinions without fearing punishment for speaking our minds, something billions of people around the world in communist and authoritarian countries still cannot do.

These freedoms were earned through the sacrifices of generations before us. They deserve our gratitude, our stewardship, and our celebration. Happy 250th birthday, America. May we never take our freedom for granted, and remember to vote.
