Happy 250 years, America. I want to tell you something else. The number alone is not the story. The decision underneath is. We are resilient, but resilience is named only after the outcome. Back then, no one knew the outcome.

For the past year, I've carried one word across this entire country, unquit. In room after room all over the country, the same thing struck me. Unquit is not something I bring in. It already is there. It is the DNA of every person I meet. Unquit is more than motivation. Motivation fades by the morning, sometimes before we even leave the room, but unquit does not leave.

I'm not asking you to just feel proud. I'm asking you to go beyond and recognize something, the strength that carried this country for 250 years lives in you. Yep. Yes, you have fallen over and over, but you have stood back up every time. You already have the evidence. I am. There is more within us than we can see. I can. We can continue, evolve, and grow. And finally, I will. We will keep becoming who we were meant to be. I am. I can. I will. That's freedom.

Freedom survived not because we never quit, but because we remembered we were never quitters to begin with. America is an unquitter, so are you. Happy 250th and beyond. I'm Arjun Sen, unquitter forever.
